This hotel is perfectly situated near the Grotto area and the sanctuary in Lourdes, allowing easy access to everything. The rooms are newly renovated and beautiful, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always ready to help. They even have a helpful non-French staff member named Yusef. The location couldn't be better for visiting the Grotto.
The breakfast provided was not up to par and the housekeeping service was lacking.

The room at Hotel Sainte-Rose was newly renovated and had a modern and comfortable design. I was kinda surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the room. The location of the hotel was also great, and the cost was reasonable. The staff were helpful in arranging a cab for me as requested. I had a positive experience at Hotel Sainte-Rose and would recommend it.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the excellent service and attention to detail. The location, just a short drive from PAU airport and close to the church and the Shrine, made it incredibly convenient for my pilgrimage. The rooms were comfortable, with a good bathroom and even a balcony to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. And to top it all off, the breakfast was included in the price and offered a wide variety of delicious options.
All was perfect during my stay at this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! It had the best location, being just a few steps away from the sanctuary in Lourdes. Everything was so close and convenient, making it easy to visit and pray at the sanctuary multiple times throughout the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I especially appreciated their ability to speak English. The room was excellent, very clean, and comfortable.
